How to fix an offline printer
“Offline” describes the computer’s view of a print queue. Check the printer itself, the connection and the selected queue before changing drivers.
How to clear a stuck print queue
Start with the queued job and the connection. Restart or clear the spooler only when ordinary cancellation does not work.
Printing works, but scanning doesn’t
A working print driver does not guarantee a working scanner. Check the hardware, connection and scanner component in that order.
Installing a printer on a Windows ARM PC
An installer made for an x64 PC may not provide a working ARM printer driver. Start with Windows Add device and the manufacturer’s ARM guidance.
A driver is blocked: check the source and the message
Read the full Windows warning, then check the download’s source, publisher and supported system. The next step depends on the message.
