How to fix an offline printer
“Offline” describes the computer’s view of a print queue. Check the printer itself, the connection and the selected queue before changing drivers.
02How to clear a stuck print queue
Start with the queued job and the connection. Restart or clear the spooler only when ordinary cancellation does not work.
03Printing works, but scanning doesn’t
A working print driver does not guarantee a working scanner. Check the hardware, connection and scanner component in that order.
